| You are probably correct. We have gone through the database and found a majority of the fake profiles and deleted them. Now we use tineye as a safety valve on all new photos that are loaded up. From time to time we find a couple who deems it necessary to upload a fake picture amongst their real pictures. Don't really understand that as its just going to piss people off for false advertisement. lol If your not happy with yourself. Loading up fake pics is definitely not going to help the situation any. | |
| Just a note regarding validations. Validations are for one reason only. They are for members of Dp to validate other members of Dp. Meaning to prove that they are real. So if you have never met another couple then there is no reason to validate them. This is a check and balances system. Plus just a reminder that there is a zero tolerance policy regarding fake pictures. The site is all about real couples and single females. It serves no purpose to steal a picture off another site and upload it to your profile. If its not you do not use it. If you do and we discover it you will be deleted off the site and blocked. No one is here to meet fake people. | |

| We have deleted another couple from the site for fake pictures. This was a legit couple who felt the need to also upload fake pictures who were definitely not them. This was after repeated warnings. I believe that 72 web picture references are a hint that its not them. So why be fake be real. Its what the site is all about. | |
| That is the case with every site out there. Whether its paid or not paid. If the site has a membership basis. Then there are fakes. Just look at model mayhem for instance. That site is full of fake profiles. It just seems that we are actually doing something about it Oh and add chefrojo has another fake profile that has been deleted from the system. What is also rather funny. Is that three of the four profiles that got deleted did not really belong on this site anyways as there was nothing desirous about it. | |

| Wow this can be a long process. lol Okay thus far I have found three fake profiles. The profiles have never attended an event and had numerous web copied pics. There i.p.'s have been blocked and deleted from the system. They are kdj4life, liberator and jbll. I have also written another profile whom I know is legit and asked them to remove what I believe is several fake pictures that returned on tineye. They have agreed to do so. I understand that we have walks of all professions on this site. Meaning that your pictures end of in photobucket and various other like minded sites. So I am not worried about that. However when the face is blurred on the profile and I see the unedited version on tineye and its not the same girl in each picture, welllllllllll. So if other profiles are found just drop us a email here on Dp and I will check them out and make a determination. Thanks for all the sleuthing. | |

thanks to you,now that Fake profiles and lurkers are more likely to be weeded out,and that makes me a very happy husband! For us at least, mouthhugs are not on our "CanDo" list, but I congratulate you on making DesirousParty a better experience for us all!!! | |
| Okay I just found one profile and I know they are legit as I met them. Okay people here is what I do not understand. You are who you are and you are not who you are not, follow me. lol Soooooo put up real legit photos in your profile. It makes no sense to go to porn sites, etc... and copy images, blur faces and put them up as yourself in your privates or in your public access. You are not going to fool anyone when they meet you in person. People are on this site to meet like minded people, have a good time, get away from day to day stresses. Otherwise they do not have time to meet fakes. If you are a certain age and a certain weight. Dont put up images that are younger and twenty to thirty pounds lighter than you are. You are just going to piss people off by wasting their time. I am sure they would rather meet the real you or not meet you. Either way be real. Obviously this has gotten me started on my soapbox. | |
| Please email me here on the site the profiles you found. I am also searching but have not found any. I do have firefox and downloaded it the way you suggested. So just send the profiles you think are fake and I will also look at them to see if I have ever actually met them or not. That way I can double check the accuracy or Tin Eye. Oh and if I verify that the profile is fake. I will quickly and simply delete the profile and block their ip. This is not a picture exchange or picture collection website. It was created for meeting other like minded individuals. I could go on and on but not going to waste my time. Fake is fake. | |
