well we only sell used cars so employee discounts dont effect me. by the way, for those interested, the employee discount is about $300 on average by manufacturers. dont believe the hype. typical dealerships will always get your money some way some how | I wondered about the whole Employee Discount thing. Its good to hear the truth from an insider. |
Aug 15, 2005 6:48 AM (19+ Years) My parents used to have 1984 Ford Club Wagon Van. The shit was Pimp. It had the conversion kit with the little boomerang antenna on top. Had the 4 inch TV with a BETA player, a must for 5 kids on a family vacations. One thing I have to admit is that Ford makes one tough Engine. That Van now has over 200,000 miles on it, and it still runs. Even though you would get tetnis just from looking at it : ) What name plate of dealership do you work at? I think GM is going to have a touch 4th quarter with the Employee discount ending. |

1994 Mit 3000gt with 99 front conversion and air ram. | I love those 3000GTs. I have a buddy who bought a 91 VR-4. I couldn't believe the tourque and power that car made. Unfortunately he bought it with high miles, ( around 80,000 ) And I guess the factory Turbos are not made for longevity, as they are getting replaced right now. None the less its an awesome car. I personally have my eye on an Acura NSX. |
