Jan 19, 2007 9:05 AM (17+ Years) YIKES!! Ok...I am also really late on this one...but maybe the info will help some one esle :)) |
Jan 19, 2007 9:03 AM (17+ Years) As far as visiting....we love the Double Tree and the Westin both in the Galleria. We also love the Omni and Hotel Derek. We also just stayed at Hotel Icon and that had such a great old world charm. It also houses a great restraunt Bank and The Whisky Bar. It also has a great location downtown.
As far as regular clubs go. The Roof, Crome, Hue are a few that we have been to. Really, you can find anything you are in the mood for.
As far as swinger clubs....obviously Encounters ;)
Strip Clubs...I would have to say The Men's Club possibly Treasures. It has been a bit since I have been to either.
Let us know when you guys come out for a visit :)

Jan 17, 2006 7:30 AM Living in Houston is great. You can live pretty much any direction of Houston in very nice subdivisions and with a 30 minute drive you can be at the best restaurants and clubs. For instance, we live to the s.e. of Houston and within a 35 minute drive we are on the west side of Houston where Encounters is and we pass outstanding restaurants along the way. Plus we have a pretty spacious yard on a cul de sac and stay out of the hustle and bustle of Houston traffic. You can email us using the contact button on the site and let us know the area where you will be working and we can point you in a more general area.
| We stay on the S.W side of town I think you should look into sugerland the drive is not as bad and its still nice
| sorry i just saw the date i hope you moved aready lol |

Jan 12, 2006 9:43 AM (18+ Years) Sorry for the delay on your forum question as I missed it as first. My answer would depend on what you like. Are you looking to be very close to the night life scene? Do you like a little moving space where you have some land? Are do you just like a very nice neighborhood in a upscale area. Houston is made of different communities where most commute into town. Katy is to the west of Houston and is very nice. The Woodlands is to the north of Houston and also very nice. But both can have long commute times do to heavy traffic. To the southeast is League City and Friendswood. This is the new area where a lot of people are moving to. The commute time can also be kinda long but not as bad as the two other areas. I guess it mostly depends on your profession and what area of Houston you will be working in.
