Party Highlights: Itinerary and DJ Timeline
Thursday- October 24th- Mixer
- 9pm- Midnight- 747 Lounge Bar- We have over 60 rooms booked at the hotel on Thursday night. This will not be a lounge or hotel takeover on Thursday night but the lounge crowd should be the majority of our crowd. So a great chance to mix and mingle before the costumes go on.
Friday- October 25th-FreakShow
- 2 pm- check in- DoubleTree Hotel/ Sheraton Hotel
- 1 pm- 2 am- 747 Lounge opens for dinner, drinks, mingling
- 3 pm- 1:30 am- Damn Virgins Stage Opens
- 3 pm- 7 pm- Massage Therapy by Trish in Grand Foyer
- 4 pm-2 am- Event Wristbands May be Picked up in the Lobby
- 4pm - 7 pm - Happy Hour at 747 Lounge
- 5pm-1am- Red Eye Jedi- Vendor- Foyer
- 8:30 pm-2 am Netherworld Foyer Bar Opens
- 9 pm-2 am - Halloween Spook Easy Bar Opens- End of Foyer past Grand Ballroom
- 9 pm-2 am- Dirty Vibes Immersion Photo Area Opens
- 9 pm-3 am- Freak Show- A uniquely different night. The carnival brings out the side tents of entertainment. A night to express yourself with creativity. Make it sexy, make it scary, make it you. The perfect night to let your inner artist make a statement about Freak Show. Two nights of Halloween fun.
