Party Ideas The Ritz- Club Red Door- VIP Dp Entrance
For those new to the site and new to the parties. We have a private entrance that we use for our VIP Lounge parties. Pull to the back, let valets know you are there for the Dp party and they will point you the way to our private entrance. No walking through the main club and our private entrance gets you direct entrance to our party area. Our Dp door staff will greet you, answer any question you might have and the VIP Lounge is for our party guests only. The club has built us our very own personal night club for Dp party guests. So only couples and single females. No normal club clientele, dancers etc... We have posted the group block codes for the Double Tree hotel under each particular event. If staying at the hotel and do not wish to drink and drive. We have posted the club valets phone number and he will pick you up and drop you off after the party. For the bigger events such as Halloween and NYE we provide complimentarty transportation to and from the club. Upon checking into the hotel you will get a welcome letter with transporation times etc..

| Next event at the Ritz will be July 27th and will be the annual Short shorts Desirous. Bootie shorts, wigs, stilettos, pasties and anything else you wish to accessorize with. Flier will be up very soon. |
| We will be doing the 9pm to 10pm mixer with $6 U call it on all top shelf premium drinks and shots. Dj H will take the stage at 10pm. For those who have not heard Dj H yet. He last worked our Halloween Erotica Ball and will also be our opening act for the Purgatory Grand Ballroom mainevent as well. He won last years Red Bull hottest Dj in Houston contest. |

| Had a quick meeting today with club management to go over party details. This Saturday night along with the 9pm meet n greet. The club has also agreed to have $6 u call it on all super premium drinks, i.e...crown royal, patron shots etc....This special ends at 10pm as Dj O takes the stage. |
| For this weekends Lust Desirous we are going to try a different format to start off the night. As so many new couples are finding the site and party events we wanted to cater the first part of the night toward mixing and mingling. So from 9pm-10pm will be a meet n greet with jazzy lounge music playing. If you like orchestra/symphony mixed in with jazz and then throw in some eclectric then you will like the start of to the night. It is a nice sound to mix and mingle to as you get to meet some new faces. At 10pm Dj O will take the stage and start dropping some sexy butt moving beats to get the night going as the ladies hit the dance floors. |
| Going to cover a few issues that occurred last night. First and foremost a big thank you to everyone who attended Essence of Red last night. Over 150 in attendance and a very beautiful crowd who represented to the max. Now onto the fun stuff. We want to apologize to those who felt that the music was not up to par last night as we realize that is a integral part of the parties just as much as all the sexy bodies. Dj Dvnt had a major equipment failure at the beginning of the night. He spins on two electronic turntables and this helps him transition smoothly in between songs and makes it possible to pull in all genres of music. Well Ms. Karma popped up her beautiful self and one of his turntables first turned off and then turned back on and would only spin backwards. Needless to say that is not a good thing. So it was impossible for him to jump around in all genres of music as he could not transition smoothly to match the beats. Basically he was trying to run a race with one foot tied behind his back. lol So we humbly apologize and thank you to so many who stated that they understood and kept partying the night away. Now for a second issue that occasionally occurs. We create a group block at the hotel in a attempt to keep all of our party crowd in one area of the hotel. It respects your privacy and other guests at the hotels privacy. Many groups do not have the honor to have group blocks at a caliber of hotel such as the Double Tree. We humbly ask you that you please use the group block reservation link It prevents noise complaints from other guests. We also ask that you keep all of your X rated fun behind closed doors. In essence you are representing all of the Dp society. One bad apple can ruin what everyone has worked so hard to achieve in a great working relationship with the hotel management. Meaning booking out of the group block and then creating serious noise complaints and then being caught by management and security naked in the hallways. Then taking it to the next level and stating it is all perfectly fine as you paid for a room is beyond disrespect to all of the Dp society. I do not know nor do I care who the guests is. I simply requested that they block that guests from being able to reserve at the hotel again. We have some enormous events scheduled at the hotel over 2013. The group blocks are again for your privacy, fun and behind closed doors decadence if you will. The Dp society is a large group of upscale sophisticated professionals and we all like to have our own level of fun. No harm no foul in any of that. Just please help the Dp society keep what we have worked so hard to achieve. Which is not the typical mindset that many have of the lifestyle. |
| For the VIP Lounge takeover events we will be using our private Red Door entrance at the back of the club. Just let valets know that you are their for the DesirousParty.com event and they will show you the private entrance. It gives you direct access to the VIP Lounge without having to walk through the main club. Our personal door staff will be there to greet you and answer any questions you might have. |
| Just a quick update on our host hotel. The Hilton has now been rebranded the DoubleTree by Hilton and is currently undergoing a multi million dollar renovation on all rooms, a/c's, sheetrock, ballrooms etc... So the group is getting a brand new upscale hotel that will still cater to the utmost degree to our group. The DoubleTree logo is already on the hotel and expect big changes in the look and feel of the hotel in the coming months. Our group will still have our group block in the cabana section of the hotel. However when that section starts its renovation mode we will be moved to the tower for a small amount of time until the cabana section completion. We have not been given a date yet when that area will start remodeling but it will be completed before the Purgatory event this year. |
| Lots of new members have joined the site recently. Many having never attended a Dp event before. No worries as every party has approximately 20 new couples that come out for the first time. Your Dp hosts do our best to mix n mingle answering any questions and try to introduce you to others if you are so inclined. The bar area is the best place to meet others and break the ice. If you are wanting a table we suggest you get there early and or grab a spot at the bar. A Dp event is the perfect combination of class, upscale, sexiness, tease and the rest is up to you. | Your Dp hosts just purchased our very own sound for all of our major events. We went top of the line with a QSC system and will have this with us for all VIP Lounge events, pool parties, club takeovers etc... If you bring in the best Dj's then it only makes sense to reinforce their work with top of the line sound. So prepare to dance the night away to some delightful eargasms. |

| Had a few questions from members asking how do they meet/ remember those that they met at the previous party. So we are going to design a Desirous Party card that will have a blank side so that you can put your profile name, real names, phone numbers etc... to give out to others during the party. Your hosts will have them with us so just ask. Plus we will also put them on the bar as well. So this way you can exchange information with the people that you meet and when you wake up the next day you will not have a big ? lol |
| Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came out to the party last night. Over 170 in attendance, super sexy crowd and a lot of new faces in the crowd. We continue to receive so many compliments on the venue, the energy, dance lighting, Dj's and the upscale hot crowd whom is attending the events. So thank you for always coming out and representing to the max in true Dp style! Next up is Essence of Red with Dj O. We have the hotel block at the Hilton and another super sexy event in February. |

| With a ever improving desire of the club and your Dp hosts. We have added two new lasers and changed the design of the dance lights by mounting some higher on the beams so you get more of a light effect no matter where you are at in the club. If you attended either Halloween or the Pre Halloween fashion show then that is the layout we are going to stay with. Meaning lounge couch seating everywhere for more and better mixing and mingling. Now for the best part. We understand that many travel from across Houston and abroad to attend the parties. Knowing this we have slowed down the party schedule to give the events a bigger crowd base and more of a high energy feel with our selection of Dj's. With this many do not want to go home and continue the party aspect somewhere close. We are going to approach our two hosts hotels and see if one or both wish to offer our party guests a discounted room rate. So with a party every three weeks or so you can plan to make it a full night and return home the following day. While this will not be group block but just a discounted room rate. If still gives you the opportunity to spend sometime behind closed doors with that special someone or someone's. As soon as we get more we will get it posted here and also on the event page as well. |
| Just to remind everyone that we will be using the private VIP Club Red Door entrance for all DesirousParty guests for the 4th annual Pre Halloween fashion show. The valets will show you toward the entrance. Ms. Monica will give you a wristband which will give you access to both levels of the club. Therefore you can watch the fashion show up close next to the stage on the 1st level if you wish to do so and then head back up to the VIP lounge at your leisure. You can also see the fashion show in the VIP Lounge by looking through the atrium down onto the catwalk as the ladies enter the runway. Please note that drinks on the VIP lounge are reduced for our private parties but drink prices are normal club prices on the first level. But again you are free to be on either level as you have full access to the club once you get your wristband from Ms. Monica. |
