As a representative of the Ritz, I would like to thank you for all the rave reviews you have given us. We are very glad everyone enjoyed themselves and had a fabulous time. We look forward to the New Years Eve Party and will review comments and implement to better serve you. We will also talk to David and see about maybe a better hotel deal for you guys. Thanks again for coming out!

The Party was awesome. It was a shame the pool tables were not open, as that would have been even more fun. NYE will be even better. If you have something to say about the party or something that could have been improved, use the contact form, and tell us. The Ritz is a good club with plenty of space. It seems whenever a club has a second floor its instinctual for people to want to migrate to the top floor. I don't think the ritz foresaw this.

That was definitely an amazing party. So many sexy and unique costumes. For those people that missed out...that's really too bad...lol New Years is going to be amazing!!

As promised I have already spoken to the reservations manager who we did the group contract with. He actually went into work today on his off day to see how our group of wild and rowdy people did. lol, No he did not make that comment but anyways......... Well guess what? Zero and I mean zero complaints on our group were passed onto him. The night manager had no negative feedback and was very complimentary on our group.

So the problem lies in the assistand G.M. with his preconceived notions on our group. I did pass on that our group did not like nor deserve to be harassed any security. If there is a problem then great handle it. If not and people are just walking around then leave everyone alone. I informed him to expect some people to call in with complaints. Oh and I was told that over 80 people attended the meet n greet at the hotel bar and the restaurant manager and her staff loved our group and the upscale clientele that we attract. So it goes to show that one bad apple in a management team can make everyone else within that group look bad. So rest assured that we are working on a new group hotel contract and will have it posted very soon.

Also more beer wells will be added for NYE at the Ritz and the pool table area is a awesome suggestion that will be taken. thanks

This was our first group block at the Marriott and it will be the last. The hotel was very aware about our group as we had a sit down meeting with upper managment several months ago in preparation for this event. They were aware about our group as they viewed the website and gladly offered us a signed group contract to give us the discounted rates. I do know that the attitude of the hotel staff came directly from the G.M. of the hotel and his personal image of our group. I encourage anyone who had problems with the hotel to contact the hotel directly and or go through their website regarding customer service. On our end we will also be making phone calls regarding the way some of our group was handled.
On the plus side the party at the Ritz was off the hook. It was our largest Halloween party to date. We do understand that the bars got slammed during the night but this was due to over 500 people attending. So for NYE we will be tweaking on this and eliminating this problem. We will also be adding a second dance floor as well.
We are also working on a group contract with another Hotel and should have this posted. We almost went with this hotel for Halloween but upper management of the Marriott welcomed us with open arms.

All in all it was a great night as Captain Morgan and the Morganettes did a great job. Daryl Briggs Photography was cranking out some great glamour shots. Oh and DJ T had the dance stages and floor packed all night. Rumor has it that he received several job offers for the way that he handled the crowd and the energy that he put into the room. Thanks to everyone that attended as your DP party hosts are dragging butt today as last night rocked.
