| PROS: Awesome Decor, Very comfortable patio seating. Patio has excellent view of the Washington Avenue scene. Friendly and sexy staff. Wish DP would host more parties at this venue, preferably later in the year once its cooled off. CONS: With the exception of a few spots for valet there is no parking to speak of. So you will be forced to pay $10 to park at one of the paid lots in the area, or park on a side street and walk a couple blocks. I parked on a side street, and walked, and my car was still there at the end of the night so it seems relatively safe. If you get there later in the night, it will take you 20 minutes to get through the crowd and navigate to the upstairs lounge. The Air Conditioning on the second floor lounge was lacking, and the outdoor patio though nice, was kind of unbearable because of the humidity and heat ( Houston in August ) |
