Mens Room Property Taxes

My wife and I are buying a home out in pearland.  Property taxes are 3.1%  Just curious as to what everyone else pays. I believe 1.79 of that was for schools.  Anyone else looking to buy a home I highly recommend pearland.  We are going to save $400 a year in car insurance just from moving to this zip code.
