Running three miles in the morning with an 1/4 mile swim at Barton springs followed by p90x in the evenings has dropped my bmi to 14% and falling. Now I just need to put on a bit more size.S of sng |
"Do your best, and forget the rest". LOL | We are currently on week 2, and starting to see slight changes. Its still early in the game. Plyo, and yoga seem to be pretty hard for us. Doing it together makes it easier.
We did the brutal 90 days about a year ago and still do the workouts about 5 times a week. Its very difficult at first but you do see results fairly quickly. The hardest for us are: plyo, chest and back and legs and back (the pullups are killers). Overall, very pleased and still "bringin it". Haven't tried insanity yet, but want to hear more. |
We're kinda late to post, but P90X rocks! It's a great work out and one we can do together, at our own pace. Love Tony Horton, he's funny in a dork kinda way but very motivating. We just started Insantiy about a month ago and it's good but we saw results faster from P90X! BRING IT! LOL |
We are getting our Miami/beach bodies ready for the summer. We are one week into our P90X routine. We are both sore, but very motivated. Can't wait for the summer. Yaaaa!!!! |
