As for the On Premise, there is a problem with that. As far as I know the only way to be an on premise club is to be a private BYOB establishment. BYOB clubs have to charge a higher cover, and membership fees to make up for what they do not get at the bar. This is not a big deal for lifestylers who want to party every weekend, but from what I have seen the trend is couples don't go out as often as they used to, and when they do they would rather do it at a moments notice and not have to worry about bringing bottles and supplies to a club. Lifestyle couples are not immune to this down economy. Everyone is looking for ways to save money, and for many this means sticking to house parties, instead of going out to bars. In case anyone is really serious about building a club. I know the owner of Temptation Lounge is trying to sell his domain and website ( which currently ranks #1 on google for "Houston swingers". It averages 400 - 700 Unique visitors per day. | Yes Coppia is very nice. The only place they could use some improvement is with their light show. I only say this because I do all the Intelligent lighting at the Ritz for the bigger DP parties. Programming your lighting into sequences that will match the mood and beat of the music can make a huge difference. Other than that they do a great job.
