(Past Trip) Wild on Desire in Los Cabos, Mexico Nightline Report Desire Los Cabos
| I am often not really pleased when mainstream media is let into venues such as this. Becasue they often give it what I call the monkey in the zoo effect. DP was part of a filming that Playboy Sexcetera (?) did in Oct. 2005 at Desire Cancun. We were told it would be a very open minded and would give everyone a chance to explain their opinions and show all aspects of the party crowd and not the one sided opinion that so many outsides think. Well once again we were lied to and they made it look like a non stop party orgy. What interviews were on there were totally way out in left field and actual members of DesirousParty and SexxyMoFo who had been interviewed were left on the cutting room floor. They only used our members for the eye candy in the background. Plus the host was a single male who had never been to a resort such as Desire and he came in with his I am single, famous and look at all you freaks type of attitude. DP has been part of two editorials now. One in print and one on video. Neither came out good. But then again they just want to glamourize everything. But going back to the original topic. This one was fairly good and I am glad that they actually let Robert speak his opinion and I thought it came out fairly well. |
| First and foremost thanks for posting this. I have talked to Robert on the phone once or twice and he is a pretty cool guy. He truly likes DesirousParty and likes that we bring a new chemistry to the resorts and to the Lifestyle. I would highly suggest that whether you are new to DesirousParty or just thinking about coming out to a party. Watch the editorial with a open mind. Its not all about dark candlelit rooms with naked bodies. The best part of DP and any segment of the Lifestyle is that you have the chance to meet people from all walks of life who have a open mind. Not everyone is into the scene but rather just wants to meet others, get to know their significant other a little better, rekindle that spark or just relax in a environment with little rules. My only regret is that they would have shown much more of this brand new resort. However I do understand that was not the purpose of the editorial. So take a 7 minute break and watch it. Robert makes some good points. As you browse around the internet and you see all the sites who state that they are the biggest and best and that they are the hottest thing since sliced bread. If it was not for Robert and his group then DP and many others would not be around today. His group started the conventions, group trips and parties that everyone has come to emulate. That is one reason why I use Robert and his travel agency, Lifestyle Tours and Travel as DP's sole travel agency. They have been there and know how to cater to their clientele and will be there for the good and bad of any of your travels. Thanks again for the post. Mr. DP |
