Latest room update from the hotel is 156 rooms are already booked for the two night NYE festivities. Which leaves us less than 100 rooms before we are sold out. We have surpassed 125 rooms reserved for the two night NYE festivities. Hotel booking links can be accessed by clicking on the NYE fliers and going to the Pre sale section. Bottle service, reduced drink pre sale tickets and the NYE dinner menu can also be found in the NYE forum sections as well.  |

Another great walk thru meeting with the Marriott staff. Few discussion points that were decided. We are putting the official after party suite hosted by the Craziers on the 10th floor. The 11 story grand atrium is the focal point of the hotel. So we strategized with management on how to decorate this area by suspending lighting and decor mid air to give it more ambiance over the SpeakEasy Casino/ bar and photo booth areas. Give it a 20's era feel to it as you mix n mingle before entering the Rendezvous Ballroom. Which this year will have a dance club feel to it in one section and a lounge feel in another section. With a massive bar in between both areas. We have also added more rooms to the group block as well.  |
71 rooms are already reserved for the two night NYE festivities. Meaning we are already working on our third group floor. We have also added a "No" Prohibition Pool Party on December 31st from 12:30pm to 4pm for guests who purchase a two night Eve of Eve/NYE combo ticket. We will have a cash, c.c. bar and the pool is indoors with a nice outdoor patio as well. No single event pool party tickets sold and again part of your two night NYE combo ticket. For those attending NYE only then your first mixer will start at 5:30pm. |
Update: We have added a "No" Prohibition Pool Party for December 31st from 12:30pm to 4pm for guests who purchase a two night NYE combo ticket. So Pin Up Desirous on December 30th and then start off NYE day with a pool party. We will have a cash, c.c. bar set up with special pricing for Mimosas as well. Pool is indoors and can hold approximately two hundred people with a nice outdoor patio as well. No single event pool party tickets sold and again part of your two night NYE combo ticket. For those attending NYE only then your first mixer will start at 5:30pm.  |
Today we had a great walk thru meeting with management that the G.M. attended. Which is very unusual, yet greatly appreciated, from our past experience in hosting events over the last 15 plus years. In summary we feel we have a Purgatory and now a NYE hotel host hotel that wants to cater to our Lifestyle vision of upscale yet very sexy parties.
