Got a new one: there's a symbol indicating a new message on our account. When I select 'Mail' from the menu, I see a line item for a message apparently sent last night; but when I open that item, the only message visible is dated back in April. Yet opening that item doesn't clear the 'new message' indicator.

I looked into it, and couldn't find any issue. They are using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and using the default Samsung browser which is supposed to be chrome 51 compatible. To put that into perspective chrome is up to version 58 now for mobile. Not sure if that was the problem or not. If you continue to have problems like this let us know. |

Having issues with sent messages not being readable by the receiving party. I can tell you that I'm using Chrome on Android, but couldn't say what they're using. |
