| The room count as of this morning was at 81 rooms. Which means we have booked two complete floors and are working on the third floor. Every year we get alot of last minute hotel reservations and the Marriott is prepared. As they have a fourth floor blocked off in case we need it. The hotel bar is also ready for us regarding the meet n greet. For those sports fans the games will also be on in the bar as well. | We are getting emails asking if rooms are still available in the group block and the answer is yes. We expanded the group block and are waiting for a new room count from the hotel. We should have that tomorrow and we will get it posted as soon as we can. You may call the hotel or use the reservation link to reserve a room in the Halloween group block. |
| The Limo's will run until approximately 11pm from the hotel. However the front desk staff will have the Limo drivers cell phone and no matter what time they will return to pick you up. There will be alot of guests going trick or treating first and getting to the party around 10ish so we are ready to get you guys there quickly. |

| There are now 75 rooms reserved in the group block. Not sure if there are anymore suites left in the original 80 room group block. Plus some have reserved rooms in the group block for Friday night as well. So once again its definitely looking as if the party will start at the hotel and still be going after the Halloween party ends at the club. |
| Decided to make a separate thread to keep everyone updated on all items regarding the host hotel. As of today we are at 70 rooms reserved in our initial 80 room group block. All of the rooms will been on consecutive floors with only our party guests on them. You may check in at 3pm and the meet n greet at the hotel bar will start at 430pm until 6pm. The first 25 ladies will get a complimentary swag bag from FabLingerie.com & Drotica.com. After that its the room meet n greets and preparing for a night of costumed erotica. The meet n greets are great mixers to meet others before the costumes go on. The first Limo will be at the hotel at 730pm with the second Limo arriving at 745pm. They will continue to transport guests to the club. The front desk of the hotel will keep the Limo's informed when there are guests ready to be taken to the club. We do this service so that everyone can put their party face on with no worries about driving to or from the club.
