The City of Houston has a curfew which is midnight. Fines are $2000. However we did Lastrada last night and had no problems. But each substation is enforcing the curfew in their own way. Some are stricter than others.

So has the curfew been lifted? Because they way we understand it, if you're out after midnight and a cop sees you...you're fair game to be pulled over.
