| This is a welcome letter that everyone will be receiving when you check into the hotel. Plus I am also attaching the dinner menu buffet prices that the hotel gave us today as well. That way everyone is informed and up to date. Itinerary is included in welcome letter as well. DesirousPartys 4th Annual Play-Bor Day Weekend Your hosts (David n Caitlin) with DesirousParty.comwant to welcome you and say thank you for joining the Play-Bor Day weekend hotelgroup block at the Hilton.Below is a basic timeline of the events for theweekend. If you purchased weekend passes you may pick them up at any of theseevents. Please bring your I.D. that matches the google purchase. Here are a few guidelines to makethe weekend more enjoyable. Dp is a upscale classy and sophisticated group of individuals. We ask everyone to basically use common sense(not being sarcastic) and remember that this is a corporate hotel and we willhave to abide by their rules, city and state laws. Meaning no nudity in publicplaces. Please remember to cover up to some degree when in public places suchas the elevators, lobby area, esplanades, hallways etc.. What goes on behind closed doorsis to your own level of fun. You cannot be topless in the pool....The hotelunderstands what style of party this is, the theme etc...They know we are hereto party and let our hair down so to speak over a great weekend of fun. Onlyour group will be in the group block of rooms. The hotel understands that theparties start early and go late. The hotel also understands risque attire andthat the group is here to have fun. Which is what we are all about. Cash barswill be setup in the pool area and lounge. You may charge your drinks to yourrooms and or run a c.c. tab at the pool bar and lounge. No outside drink or foodis allowed in the pool area or lounge during the weekend events. This alsoincludes thermal cups, water bottles etc.. Transportation will arrive athotel at 830pm thru 11pm (Sundance Lounge entrance) on Saturday to start takinggroup to the Ritz VIP Lounge. After that transportation will station at club toreturn guests to hotel.
