| Yep talked to it over with a few couples last night and already have a plan in mind. Probably will start working on it in a official capacity next month and get it planned out a year in advance. | |||||

| We totally agree with this assessment and the problem with BBB. Dp girls do not like naked fat guys standing over them as they sun bathe relax etc... This became a problem over the last two years. We would pack a great crowd on our barge, awesome Dj's and then get invaded. We try to be nice to everyone but some just do not have any class, sophistication etc... It seems that a majority of the crowd at BBB is older and they just assume that if you are there, you are there to take one for the team. Thus how they acted. Which is not the case for the Dp crowd and that was a big factor as many couples told us they would not return if we sponsored another party barge. The last two years just became to big of a hassle for us with everything that went on. I would float and find a group you are comfortable with. We highly suggest you grab a float and figure out where you belong. Because many of the barges are just not fun and its better to come in on a boat and or a float. We work hard to stand out amongst the crowd and after three years we learned to float with whom you relate to. | |||||
| We are staying off the barges this year and are bringing some floats and an ice chest. We plan on not planning, and will just relax and go with the flow. the big barges just are not worth the hassles. Besides we have always met more people in the mosh pit than the VIP room | |||||
| I would suggest logging onto the BBB site and see what information they have posted in regards to barges etc... Next summer we will look at a official Dp style lake party in the Houston area. One that caters to our unique party energy, upscale style of party guests and our infamous Dj's that know how to move the crowd. | |||||
| We are planning to float the lake and pass on the official after party. We will instead attend the outlaw party at PlayersATX. Hope to see y'all there. | |||||
| The lake has been awesome and the park couldn't be better, the plan to after party in the same hotel make more sense than previous years of venue changes. While the promoters should take party lessons from DP they seem to be moving in the right direction. | |||||
