| Time to start counting the days. We arrive in Jamaica at 130pm on Saturday. Bringing the new sound system with us so we can rock the island. lol Looking forward to a week in the Caribbean to rest, relax and party. Yep you heard it right as we plan to do it all. As Hedo II is the perfect place to accomplish those feats. Looking forward to handing with the Dp party crew and all the new faces in Negril in just a few short days. Let the countdown begin. |
| For those searching airfare and you are flexible on connecting flights. American Airlines and United have numerous flights that will save you approximately $200-$300 off direct flights. We are connecting through North Carolina and arriving mid afternoon on Saturday. |
| Gary with Dream Pleasure Tours called today and said that we have 5 rooms left in our group block that he took out at the discounted group rate. We have heard from alot of people who said that they are considering going and we want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to book at the reduced rates. As it's going to be a fun time on 7 mile beach in July. |

| Tequila or bob marley's. lol I first went in 1997 to Hedo II and back in the days of limited web and pamplet brochure travel agencies. Needless to say I was not aware I was vacationing for 8 days at a clothing optional resort until I got there. I way over packed for that vacation. As I have never even considered it nor been around a populace that was all nude. We stayed on the prude side for the first two days and got climated to the whole resort. We did the ocean nude first as there are floats where everyone hits the beaches and water where everyone lounges floating around looking at star fish beneath them. Grabbed a few drinks at the nude pool bar and next thing you knew we were in the pool standing at the swim up bar and carrying on conversations. Everyone else came with a all over tan and I became known as the guy with the nice bright white no tan butt. lol But no one harrasses you, acts like its any big deal and its a care free atmosphere. Buttt if its not your thing no big deal as plenty of clothing optional activities over on the prude side (european) of the resort. Such as sand volleyball courts on both sides, bars, beaches, hammocks, etc...As they say in Jamaica, "No problem Mon and or Irie (all is well) |
By 'time to get acclimated' to the nude side, I am going to assume that you mean the tequila will be flowing...and I will need several! Seriously, thanks for the quick and thorough answer. |
| On the nude side they require guys to be nude. However they give them sometime to get climated. They just do not like a bunch of lurkers standing around clothed while everyone else is nude. As for as females and this has always been the rule. You just have to be topless as you can always claim (female problems) and they will not bother you any further. Now as for as our events and this has already been discussed with the staff. We might hold our pool parties on the prude pool area and might skip the nude area all together. We will make that decision most probably when we get there and see what the group decides. As we can control the energy/vibe and in our opinion the beach is so much nicer in that area. But either way the beaches are very long and lots to see and do. We are getting ready to work on a forum topic regarding excursions and things you can do right off the dock at Hedo II. Such as snorkeling, scuba diving, para sailing, kayaking, jet skiing and a number of other things. Not to mention Rick's cafe and the cliff divers which is a must see. |
| Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question, but will a couple have to be fully nude in order to attend any of the events on the nude side? Probably obvious that we've never been to Hedo before... |
| Lower Group Rates-Dream Pleasure Tours contacted us today and let us know that they were reducing our group rates by approximately $24-$28 per day depending on the room category. If you have already booked you do not need to do anything as your invoices will be reduced automatically. With the added up savings this will give some the chance a stay a extra day for the same original price if they wish to do so. Not to often you can vacation at one of the worlds best beaches so you might as well take advantage of it. |
| We sent over our special itinerary/timeline of events to the resort today. Just waiting on final approval as this is totally different than the normal routine their. With our itinerary we are taking advantage of the prude, nude and spa pool areas during the day and night during our week there. Plus special theme nights in the disco, catamaran cruise and a few other ideas as well. So crossing fingers that we get this back by Monday and we will then post it for the group. |

| We are working on a timeline for our week at Hedo II. Getting away from the norm and making this trip unique. Hope to have the full weeks itinerary schedule posted so that everyone can prepare outfits etc...But we will be bouncing around the resort with our Dj. Meaning prude main pool, nude pool, spa pool area, beach, catamaran cruise etc.. that way no ones gets tired of the same oh same oh each day. Working on a movie screen at night for music videos, disco ducks and some other fun ideas that will bring out your fun and get wild side. Of course special dance lighting pool side at night and just putting our signature Dp stamp on things. |
| Hedonism II has been around for thirty years. We at Desirous Party will be totally honest with you. The rooms are not likewhat you will find at the Ritz Carlton. But hey, who stays in their rooms when youcan enjoy a resort such as this. Plus at the Ritz Carlton you will not find a mirror above your bed for your viewing pleasure The maids go the extra mile to put freshlinens, tropical flowers and towel origami in your rooms daily.Plus the view from your rooms if absolutelygorgeous. The restaurant bar staff also go out of their way to accommodate you as well. On our last visit it always amazed us to see the staff hand raking the white sand beaches every morning before the guests wake up. With such a wide long beach there are always beach chairs, floats and hammocks available unlike other resorts in the Caribbean. So no need to pay for a reserved spot. If you have other questions just let us know as we have visited Hedo II since 1997 and it is one of our favorite spots to vacation at. |
