| Several updates and the first and most important one is that all suites are sold out. However there are still 16 deluxe rooms left in the group block. When those are gone we will be at 80 rooms and will decide whether the hotel will give us additional rooms. We just had our pre-Halloween meeting with club management. With this being the 7th annual Halloween Erotica we have promised to change up the atmosphere. Oh and how we are doing this. We went throughout the club tweaking decor, seating and more importantly the main room. We detailed for dance lights to be moved, replaced, lazer lighting to be added, more ground foggers, less ambiant lighting giving you a intense dance club atmosphere. Focusing on the two Dj's as they spin from the main stage from behind the burning man coffin. Yep you read right. We have acquired a real coffin and wait till you see this set up. Ladies you will have some company on the dance stage with you this year. Great for photo ops for sure. Over 360 people have rsvped through all the sites thus far and our goal is to give you a Halloween party to remember! Stay tuned for more updates. |
| We are thirteen days out from the 7th annual Halloween Erotica Ball. Our goal this year is to be uniquely different. So as epic as years past have been. We are amping up this year even more so that we take this year even higher in sexxiness, energy and as we like to call it, "The WOW effect". Both Dj's will be spinning from behind the burning man coffin this year. So ladies the main stage is the place to be if you like to dance with full energy raining down upon you. Skyward cannon foggers will be set on each side of the stage, lazer lighting, dance strobes and a full Halloween theatrical effect will set the ambiance off the main stage. Dance cages will be setup throughout the club, stages and two Dj's who are known to control the vibe of the crowd to epic proportions. You the party guests do the rest. At midnight Captain Morgan and his Morganettes will rein in the energy to give away this years title for best Costume. We are judging on a individual basis but if a couple has that look then like last year. You could walk off with 1st place as a couple. | Okay just received a email that all the suites were sold out at the hotel. Soooooo for those wanting a suite. We just added three more plus an additional twenty rooms to the group block. Giving us access to 80 rooms now. Which means we will be on three floors this year with a very good possibility to take over four floors. As only Dp party guests can book on these party floors. Plus if you have not already done so. Be sure to check out the Halloween room contest forum topic. |
| We have gotten the club to add a dinner special to the menu. After all if you are going to party all night long you have feed the body to give it some rockstar energy. So for $11.99 you can get a New York Strip/ 6 jumbo shrimp prepared your way and a potatoe either fried or baked. Plus there will be a full dinner menu available as well. So come early attired in your costumes, grab a meal and prepare to party till the wee hours of the morning. |
| We are now at 55 rooms in the group block at the Marriott. Which leaves us with 5 rooms in the original group block floors. So we will be contacting the hotel to expand to an additional twenty rooms. We have also listed additional Q&A questions in that forum section as everyone who is attending for the first time has lots of questions. We are also revolving several Halloween party fliers this year on the site. It helps amp up the energy and gives a different feel for the event. |
| Here is the latest and greatest on the host Hotel room block. We have 46 rooms reserved for Saturday night. Which means we have 14 rooms left in our original 60 room block. So we are on pace to once again have over 100 rooms booked for the Halloween party. Giving us at least four floors for the pre and after party fun. Plus don't forget the mix n mingle at the hotel bar before the party starts. Its a great way to meet others that you have not met before, get climated, make party plans and definitely sets the tone for the night. We have also checked rsvps between all the sites that we have the party posted on. Right now we have approximately 300 people rsvped for the party. So this is definitely shaping up to be a very erotic Halloween Ball. |

| We wanted to say a big congrats to Dj Seismyc for taking 2nd place in the Best of the Beats competition which was held in Houston. You ask why is this important regarding Halloween. Dj Seismyc is opening the Halloween party for us this year and will have party guests coming from across the U.S. to party at the Halloween Erotica Ball. This is going to be a Epic night and you better come rested and ready to party. |

| Okay a little late in the response to the previous post. I thought that my lovely assistant had already replied. But if there is enough interest we can try to put together a mixer the night before the party on Friday night. Lots of out of town (State) couples coming in for this years party so just not sure if people are arriving on Friday or Saturday. Here is the first update on the hotel group block. We have already surpassed thirty room in the group block at this early date. We originally blocked sixty so very obvious that we will be adding more rooms to the block. For those wishing to call directly to the hotel for reservations. You may call 713-947-7979 and request the "Dp Group Block". If for some reason you need special needs met, having trouble etc... You may ask for our representative, Carolina, who works in sales at the hotel. She is there M-F, 730am-430pm and said she will be happy to take care of you. |
| Just a FYI reminder that tomorrow, August 31st, is the last day to purchase early bird pre-sale tickets for $30/couple. This includes your entrance into the party and access to both party levels in the club. If you are staying at the host hotel this also includes Limo transportation to and from the club. Just use the google pre-pay button found in the party info section. |
| The site has been updated with the reservation links for the host hotel which is the Marriott at Hobby Airport. It is the same Marriott that we use each year that has the nice atrium view where you can see everyone on the adjoining floors. It is about three minutes from Hobby Airport and offer airport shuttles to those who are flying in for the party. We have also arranged for our annual meet n greet at "Spirits" bar on the 1st floor from 430pm to 6pm. As every year brings out new party guests and its a great way to meet others before the costumes go on. Plus this year we want to encourage our hotel guests who wish to mix n mingle and meet some new people. Taking something I (Mr. Dp) learned when I attended my first Halloween party a few, okay several, years back at a hotel. Which is to decorate your doors with your profile names, Halloween decor or anything that is something than a normal brown closed hotel door. People have decorated white billboards etc.... It just adds to the Halloween festivities and definitely amps up the excitement. Plus it might just help you to find your room after the party when all those doors look the same. wink |

| We did our first walk through at the Ritz in preparation for the Halloween party. Yeah we know its early but we like to be prepared in order to get everything set. Every year the Ritz seems to add a little more, amp up their decor and remodel. Additional led lighting, lazer lighting, strobe lights and a few more surprises were in store for us. We are adding an additional dance floor this year as well. Plus Spookers Halloween Wharehouse will be decorating the club for us. So the preparations are in order. Let the countdown begin. |

| The party that everyone talks about all year long and has become infamous for sexxiness, energy and a huge venue. Plus a crowd that parties non stop from the hotel to the club and back to the wee hours in the hotel group block. We are launching the party a few weeks early this year so to give everyone from across the U.S. to make plans to attend this party. The club and hotel is mere minutes away from Hobby Airport and the hotel offers complimentary airport transportation. We are in the process of adding a few more amenties and additons to the party. We are bringing back last years two Dj's as the energy they put into the party was unimaginable if you were not there. So many sexxy people, one very upscale venue and two great Dj's. We are definitely amping it up this year. Now for a few notes for everyone that is attending for the very first time. The club will be a full takeover. Meaning no club dancers and no normal clientele. It will be a full takeover on both floors just for our Halloween party crowd. The entire club will be for couples and single females only.
