Websites Guest access to public photos
| All existing profiles will be carried over with pictures, validations etc... however you will now have multiple folders to put pictures in that you can organize at will. Plus all your photos will be able to have comments, likes etc... of course you will have admin rights to set your preferences on all of this. It will be a totally new ballgame over what you have now. The system will also remember pictures that you have already loaded up. So no waiting on admin approval and they will go straight into your gallery. Meaning that only brand new members pictures will now be displayed in the new photos section. So no more deleting and re-uploading pictures for placement purposes. This will encourage members to upload brand new pictures and keep everything current. So all is well in the land of Dp. Go forth and party hardy this weekend in a desirous style! |

| Oh and new site is being coded and is pretty extensive. Meaning a total revamp. Looking for a summer release date at this time. |
| The new site will have a point system that you can set. Meaning X amount of points for validations, X amount for photos etc... cannot let all the good stuff out of the bag just yet. lol So if someone does not meet your point system it will limit them on what they can request view etc... I also delete/block quite a few profiles each week for being fake. I am sure that some do sneak thru but we do out best to limit them. So we do our utmost to try and keep discretion a top priority. The new site will require new profiles to upload more than just one photo for approval. We will do this to help establish validity that the couple/single female is real. So if you have met a profile member out and about. Please take the time to give them a validation. If nothing more that just using our "this profile is real" signature line. It helps everyone in the long run to establish who is real and who is not. However I do understand that some profile members live out of state so there will be other means to help them out on the site as well. This was evidently a good topic to start as it helped explain to everyone to have no worries as our web designer goes the extra mile for discretion of the members. |
| Great job! That's why we love the validations - always suspicious of the "1 public photo and zero validations" members requesting private pics and friends ... You should have a name and shame section LOL. Any update on new site? |
| Just a side note that we just deleted a profile that had been on the site for quite awhile and I am sure that they were friends with many of you. So all of their past viewing is now going to be viewed as guests on your traffic history on both public and private photos. This was done in the last 30 minutes so your traffic history will look totally different from earlier today. |

| If you would have written us we would have kindly explained without creating public panic on the forum. Discretion is the utmost importance which is why we blur all party photos even when requested not to. Thus we take extreme care on profiles as well. If a member has viewed your public and or private photos and leaves the site. Meaning we delete the profile from the site at their request or for another reason. That profile name is purged from the data base and the profile name is then viewed as guest. We delete at least one profile a day either at the members request, bounced emails, fake profiles that we discover. We are one of the few L.S. sites that truly deletes your profile from the database at your request. So if you are seeing guests viewing your photos other than your master public photo it because a member is no longer on the site and they were converted to guests for past viewing traffic. |
| Hey, The DP website states public photos "Will not be viewable to non members (guests)". However looking at my recent traffic I see that a guest has view my non-master public pics. Am I missing something? Just thinking about discretion :) Thanks! |
