Be sure to add some sort of cardio workout to your weekly regimen. I would recommend three days if possible but four days would be even better. Not sure of your cardio level. But start with 15 minutes and build up to 25-30. A fast walk on the treadmill is great but if you have access to an eliptical machine and can add that to the mix its even better.
