(Past Trip) Desire Resort,Group Trip,Aug 7th-13th Friends or strangers?

| First and foremost welcome to our merry little group. Mr. and Ms. DP started DesirousParty to meet other cool, sexy like minded couples two short years ago. We were a part of another party group that we also founded that only focused on the Houston crowd. We wanted to meet others from across the country and world in a no stress, fun and friendly environment. I would say that at least 75% of our trip group have not met face to face. Our group is always friendly and very outgoing. Heck some guys will even model bikini tops for you. But thats a Canadian thing and to each his own. wink On August 8th at 4:30pm we will have a meet n greet in the new lobby lounge area for everyone in our group plus anyone else at the resort that wants to get to know us. Oh and some lucky couple will have the chance to win 4 nights/5days for DP's Wild on Spring Break 2007 trip to Desire Resort during the meet n greet. Airfare is not included but everything else is. All you have to do is provide the fun. So again welcome to the group and thanks for posting on the forum because the questions that you ask help others who are thinking the same things. |

| Explorers: Your thread is titled "Friends or strangers." Although (I believe that) very few of the persons going with DP to Desire are acquainted with more than just a few of the other couples, I'd have to say that we are probably both---strangers and friends. "Strangers" in that we aren't acquainted with many of the attendees but "friends" in the sense that we are all kindred spirits that seem to click when we get together in a fun, party atmosphere like Hedo or Desire. We went with DP to Hedo last March and didn't know anybody except Mr. and Ms. DP who we met exactly two days earlier at a DP send-off in Dallas. We enjoyed Mr. and Ms. DP very much and we enjoyed the company of every person we met on the DP trip to Hedo. So, while most of us aren't very well acquainted, we won't be strangers very long after we arrive and I suspect we'll be friends soon after we arrive. Is this your first DP trip or your first c/o resort/trip? |
