Purgatory, Heaven or Hell, 2022 DoubleTree Hotel- Host Hotel

Life gets in the way for some and we understand. We have a few rooms available at the host hotel, Doubletree. Please email michele.moura@hilton.com and be sure to put a good contact number so that she can contact you. 

For those decorating doorways of their rooms. Per the hotel please wait until noon or after on Thursday. As we go to a full hotel takeover at that time. Wednesday we will have a small group of airline crew mixing in with us at the bar early on. But at 9pm we will have our security team in place and night time party in Purgatory Grand Ballroom will be private for our guests only.

We just had to cancel. Anyone need 2 tickets? 

Two rooms available at the Doubletree. Must book 3 or more nights to stay at host hotel. Please email michele.moura@hilton.com and list your contact phone number. 

Just a friendly reminder as no one wishes to cancel. But if you need to cancel the Doubletree and receive your 1 night deposit refunded. Please cancel today. As tomorrow the remainder of your reservation balance is charged.

Hello everyone,

This is a notice for those that are booked at the DoubleTree which is the Purgatory 2022 host hotel. You are nearing the no refund 30 day policy. What does this mean?

• Deposit Refund Warning is set for June 13th

• The DoubleTree will will stop refunding cancellations starting June 14th and your additional room nights that have not been paid for will be charged on June 14th as well.

• If you cannot attend Purgatory 2022 and if you wish to cancel, receive your initial 1 night deposit back then the reservation must be cancelled by/before 8AM on Tuesday, June 14th. Anyone cancelling after that will forfeit their deposit.

• If you do not wish to cancel and or you are staying at the secondary hotel, Sheraton N. Houston hotel. Then do nothing as this does not apply to you.

• We are still doing a stand by cancellation list for the Doubletree if you wish to book three or more nights. You may email michele.moura@hilton.com to be placed on this list.
