Well we are a little over two months out from the trip. Hope all the workout plans are working and you are seeing the desired results of the hard work. The weights are the fun part for us as the cardio is exhausting at this point. As it should be I guess. |
We created a Fitness Forum topic section further down in the forum. With so many questions and so much expert advise. We started getting questions to our personal email account in reference to more questions on working out, supplements etc... Plus its that time of year when everyone is thinking about shaking those winter blues and getting ready for summer. So please check the new section out and help others out with their questions. |
Tonya | I agree with Adina. You all have very beautiful bodies that I know you work on very hard to keep that way. I have a question for anyone that might have some advice. I am working on my diet very hard and spending 6 days a week in the gym but I am having trouble getting rid of (as my personal trainer calls it- my J.LO butt). She hasn't been very helpful in the advice department on how to shrink it due to the fact that many at our gym have told her that they wished they had it and she doesn't understand why I want to lose it. Can anyone give me advice on excercises that will make it smaller. Thanks in advance.
