| PROS: Very pretty resort. Huge pool so you could hang at the party end or chill at the quiet end. Very friendly people...hot tub was large. Resort is kept very clean. Spa services were great. Daytime entertainment was so-so but DP arranged for a DJ each afternoon to liven it up. Great central location for shopping in Playa del Carmen or Cancun. CONS: Food definitely needs work. Buffet items often cold or under/over cooked. Once you learn to order from the grill for breakfast it's not so bad. Upscale restaurant was blah. We went offsite for dinner a few nights. |
