(Past Trip) Desire Resort,Group Trip,Aug 7th-13th Day Trips?

Hi there.

Xel-Ha is definitely a fun afternoon. Great low effort water park with lots of fish to snorkel with. We highly recommend it.

We'll probably wait to hit this park after we leave Desire and shack up in Playa for a few days. It sounds to hard to put clothes on and venture out too far! But then again, we go with the party flow....

During the DP Hedo trip last March, we took a couple of day trips. One to Grand Lido Braco and one to a River Falls (not Dunns) and ecological park and to Ocho Rios for some shopping at the common market. We had a blast on both trips. We are considering going to Xel-Ha on a day trip from Desire. It is a family waterpark (sorry, you'd have to wear your bathing suits) with a lot of attractions, snorkeling, adventure activities etc. We haven't ever been the Xel-Ha but it looks fun.
