If you are in the market for a new computer, unless you need the technical support from dell, or HP, just custom built your own. You will get a much faster machine. Visit newegg.com and buy all your components from them. Then put it together yourself. Computers are not what they used to be. When I built mine it was as simple as pluging everything where it fits and then putting my Windows XP pro disc in and turning it on. That way you can make it as wild or as tame as you want it. In my case I bought the cheapest Case, and then put all my money into my Chip, Motherboard, Ram, video card and my 3 17" Samsung Syncmasters that I use at the same time. No room on the desk for a 4th : ). You are better off with multiple 17" or 19" rather than one 27".  |
| I've done a little research and right now HP, Dell and E computers seem to have the best deals. For laptops Toshiba and Sony seem to be the way to go or thats what I have been recommended. Personally I am going to go with a new laptop so that I can be wireless. I dont do alot of gaming or printing so I like to move around the house while I work. I am currently looking for a good deal on a laptop now. If I run across one I will let everyone know on here. |
