| First and foremost The Ritz club (Halloween party location) has a alcohol license so none of which is mentioned would happen. I have not heard of the Cherry Pit. But from your article and my familiarity of such clubs it is easy to see what happened. First and foremost you have to have a number of licenses to even operate as a club. Then you have to have a alcohol license to serve alcohol at your club. It sounds as if the Cherry Pit had none of the above and were operating in a residential neighborhood which is not very smart. They were basically daring the police to do something. So again none of these problems will be present at Halloween. Plus you will never see DesirousParty host an event where such problems could arise. Just not our style. |
