Final reminder that reserved bottle service tables have to be turned in by end of business day on July 8th. After that date the hotel will look at reservations and see if any tables are left to be reserved for the two night time events. Please print out the forms and fax into the number on the list. You can also purchase discounted drink tickets on these forms as well. 

Reserved bottle service tables must be sent in by July 8th. You can either print and fax in the forms or write info@desirousparty.com and we will send them to you so they can be emailed into the hotel. 

We forgot to add the c.c. authorization form that you will need to purchase bottle service and or drink tickets. Just fax/email in these forms to the hotel staff and they will send you a confirmation. 

This topic is in regards to bottle service for night time events in the Grand Ballroom on both Friday and Saturday nights. Plus discounted pre sale drink tickets for all weekend events as well.

Pre Sale Drink Tickets

Last year the hotel and your Dp hosts initiated this system as it helped to alleviate long wait lines as people had to purchase drink tickets then head to the bar. So we worked with the hotel to initiate a better system last year and it greatly speeded up the process of getting your drink on.  

 As no outside coolers, water bottles, non vendor cups, liquor, jello shots etc are allowed inside event areas.  The hotel is giving our Purgatory event attendees $8 pre sale super premium, premium drink tickets/$5 wine and domestic, imported beer tickets if purchased ahead of time. If not purchasing pre sale drink tickets, drink prices inside event area will be $9 & $5 respectively. Which if you have been to a bar/club lately then you know this is a heck of a deal either way. If not purchasing pre sale drink tickets you will be able to purchase them in the event areas as well as at Sundance Lounge throughout the weekend. Pre sale drinks tickets are available thru July 8th. Either way super great prices and we are offering you this system to save you waiting in line so you can get your drink on without waiting.

Please write info@desirousparty.com to request a form to purchase discounted pre sale drink tickets. If you are happy with day of event drink prices then no worries as it is not necessary to purchase ahead of time. As you can purchase at the events. 

Bottle Service

Now in regards  to bottle service. This again is for the grand ballroom events only on Friday and Saturday night. No bottle service is available in the pool area for those events. Like last year we will email you a form when requested. You will fill out this form, select your bottle service and or pre sale drink ticket purchases and email/fax it back to the listed email address for the hotel coordinator by July 8th (please ignore June 8th). Like last year we expect bottle service to sell out before the events. They have given us some tremendous discounted bottle service prices. Bottle service gets you a reserved table and these will be the only reserved tables for the event. Tables hold 4 people and we may or may not have 8 person tables available. We will not know this until the layout/ design is decided for the main events.

So if you wish to purchase reserved bottle service for grand ballroom events and or pre sale drink tickets before the event. Please write info@desirousparty.com and we will send you the required form to fill out and email back. 

On a side note the hotel will have breakfast/lunch and dinner buffets for us all weekend. Along with full menu service in the restaurants and room service as well. Sundance Lounge will also be serving food and is located just outside the pool area. You may run a c.c. tab in Sundance Lounge and the Lounge also will have draft beer and a full bar as well.
