| The Limos will be available to all our hotel guests who are attending the party. So no worries there. The first Limo will be there at 745pm and the second will be there at 8pm and will start taking people to the party. No worries if you dont want to go that early. Thats just the starting time. | |
| Okay two big things on October 26th regarding the Halloween party. This is the last day for pre-sale tickets for the Halloween party. We will keep this link up until midnight on the 26th. | Okay, looking at rsvps, hotel reservations, advanced ticket sales and views on the Halloween info. This will by far be the largest Halloween party that DesirousParty has ever hosted. So not only have are we hosting in the largest venue to date. But we added two more bars today for a total of four.We also added extra bartenders, waitresses and additional beer wells as well. There are also ten rooms left in the hotel group block. This will give us a total of 80 plus rooms reserved for four party floors. DesirousParty is ready for our 4th annual Halloween party, are you? | |
| You are correct in the above info and thanks. We will have two Limo's transporting our hotel guests to and from the hotel and club. The first Limo will be at the hotel at 7:45 for those who wish to get to the club early. By 11:30pm we will be keeping both Limo's at the club on stand by status. By 2:30am all hotel guests should be back at the hotel. The front desk of the hotel will have the Limo drivers phone numbers so that they will know if guests are waiting to be picked up. Also just a reminder to everyone that we will have a meet n greet at the hotel bar from 4:30pm-6ish. We are working on drink specials for our group. So come out and mix n mingle before the party starts. | |

| Just got off the phone with the Marriott. An additional 15 rooms has been added to the group hotel block. This now gives us 75 total rooms (four party floors). Plus if you are wanting to stay on Friday night, October 26th. Group rooms have also been added for this night as well. So believe us as we are not crying wolf. The additional rooms will sell out and quickly. They do every year as this party continues to amp up and surpass the previous years. We have tripled the size of this years venue over last years venue. So one better get ready for a Halloween party like none other, DP style!

| Here is an update for all of you slackers who have not reserved a room for one of the biggest nights of the year. As of today rooms are sold out.. Dont fret though, Desirousparty is working on getting addional party floors reserved. So make sure that you check the site daily as we will be keeping you posted. | |
| Here is the latest party addition. Darryl B Photos (DP profile name), DarylBriggs.com, will be in attendance taking his high fashion photography. He has been set up at the last two parties at IQ in Dallas and his work is remarkeable. Darryl will be set up on the second level near the dance floor, cage, etc....Darryl has a member profile here on DP and we also suggest that you log onto his website to see his work. If you have any particular questions you may write him on his profile here on the site. The Ritz also called and said that they had already started decorating for the Halloween party. They pretty much know the rep that the DP party has gained over the years and they want to be fully prepared. So expect the club to be primed and ready to go for a Halloween party like none other. | |
| Here is the latest and greatest addition to the party lineup. Passion Parties by Amanda will have a table set up with toys and other goodies for you to purchase at the event. She will be set up near the main bar in the sports room. Passion parties will also be giving away several door prizes throughout the night. We are currently at 42 rooms reserved. So that leaves 18 rooms left in the group block. We have already requested another party floor but that has not been granted as of yet. So dont be left out and miss out on the pre and after parties. You may also still pre-pay at a discounted rate before the day of the event. This will save you from waiting in line as our pre-paid party guests will be on a list at the door. There will be plenty of seating on both floors of the club but it will be on a first come basis as there will be no table reservations for this event. However the main raised dance stage will be the place to be near from what we hear. hint, hint | |

We are also working on a meet n greet location for Friday night, October 26th for those traveling in from out of town or those who are ready to party two nights in a row, DP Style!! This promises to be the biggest Halloween party to date that DesirousParty has ever hosted. | |
| For the last several weeks we have been hinting that we would have another major announcement regarding the 4th annual Halloween Desirous. Many of you know that IniQuity club in Dallas has taken over the old Encounters location here in Houston and are in the process of remodeling. DesirousParty has been hosting parties at IQ in Dallas for the last several years. Now we are coming together for one massive Halloween party here in Houston!!! IniQuity Club Houston will be joining DesirousParty at The Ritz for Halloween. Instead of having Halloween at two different locations we are pulling out all the stops and joining together. As in Dallas, IniQuity Club Houston will be a private membership BYOB club. Those attending the party will have the chance to log onto the IniQuity website for membership specials. So get ready as this party continues to grow and the crowd is only getting HOTTER!! Remember the early reservation promotion deadlines and also the October 13th cutoff date for Hotel reservations. | |
| Okay I just looked back at the rsvps that we had for last years Halloween party. The total was 48 and over 400 showed up. We are currently at 46. So people you better get ready for one hellacious Halloween party. Plus we still have a few more announcements upcoming that we are holding back. Are you ready? | |
| For those that attended the first Halloween Desirous you may or may not remember the Hotel meet n greets and how we did them. To be honest we at DP look back fondly but some of the finer points were lost to our memories until we were recently reminded. So here is a great suggestion that used to be a lot of fun. Hotel guests always want to know who is staying where on the party floors. One thing we used to do is to make signs etc.. with your screen names on them and attach them to your door or wall outside of your room. Some guests would get really creative with the colors, designs and some would put the different screen names they had on each site, hometown etc... Its a great ice breaker and a great way to locate someone you have only chatted with. Then when you attend the meet n greet at the hote bar you already know where everyone is. Plus some guests would set up mini bars in their rooms and hold their own meet n greets before the Halloween party. Just another way to amp up the party fun before you get to the Ritz. | |
Just a reminder to not wait until the cutoff date to book your room at the Marriott. This happens every year and these rooms will sellout. We talked to the Marriott again yesterday and they stipulated that they are only guaranteeing us those three party floors. As the October 13th approaches the rooms will go very fast and who knows what the Marriott will do as there occupancy could already be full. Select suites are available on every party floor for only $25 above the ROH rate. | |
| Seems hard to believe that this year marks the 4th year
that Desirousparty.com has been hosting what has become known as a Night of
Costumed Erotica. The first three years the party was held at Encounters Club
here in Houston. With the closing of the club a new location had to be found.
One problem we always had was the size of our crowds for this event. Going back
to the first year we found that you can never have enough ice, glasses,
bartenders (Mr. DP made one hell of a bartender that year) and club size. So this year we are more than doubling the club size for this years event by hosting it at the Ritz. The Ritz is no stranger to annual Halloween and NYE parties. Because the Ritz created the ultimate club and hotel package with Limo service over ten years ago. So these guys know how to host a party. Here is one of the big questions everyone is asking. Are we getting the whole club? We are getting the entire first floor with the exception of the very front room that is entered when you first walk into the door. DesirousParty will be getting the main stage area where the DJ is and the main bar area as well. Plus the entire second floor as well. More than 12,000 sq. ft. So the main dance stage with pole will be for our party guests as well as the second dance stage as well on the first floor. No club dancers will be allowed into the Halloween party unless escorted in by a party couple. With that said there will be no single males allowed as well unless escorted in by a couple. DesirousParty will have our own DJ behind the mike so you can expect the latest top 40, hip hop, remixes and the music that you have come to expect. The Ritz will also have a full course buffett that is included in the party package. For those staying at the host hotel (Marriott) you will have two Limo's taking you to and from the club. We have reserved 3 consecutive party floors and the rooms will be held until October 13th. Now for the best part. The cover charge. DesirousParty not only went bigger with this years event but we also reduced the cover charge for those who wish to pre-pay early. The cover is only $30 if you pre-pay by September 30th which is $20 cheaper than last year. So make your plans to get to the party early this year as there is plenty of seating on both floors and lots of nice cozy intimate places for your group to sit as well. More information is coming within the next few days so get ready for the party package to get even bigger. |
