Everyone who purchased transfers should have gotten this email from Gary at Dream Pleasure Tours. However in case you did not we are posting a copy here in the forum to keep you updated.

Hola !!
Due to the fact we have over 150 people arriving at the Cancun Airport we have had to contract two different airport / resort transfer companies to handle the volume.

1. If you were email a transfer voucher your transfer company is RC Tours. Print out a copy of your voucher and bring it with you. Once you clear customs exit out the glass doors and look for one of their staff holding a sign that says Dream Pleasure Tours.

2. If you were NOT emailed a voucher { They are trying to be a little more green } your transfer company is Xtra Services. Once you clear customs exit out the glass doors and look for one of their staff holding a sign that says Dream Pleasure Tours.

3. If you have any problems you can call me at the resort. I will be at the front desk checking everyone in. The resorts phone number in Cancun is 998 872 8063.

4. If you did not purchase transfers you can take a taxi to the resort. The cost will run between $45.00 - $50.00 one way. Make sure to get the driver to agree on a price BEFORE you leave the airport.

For those that purchased airport transfers from Dream Pleasure Tours. Please make sure that you have emailed Gary@dreampleasuretours.com your flight numbers and arrival times. As he needs both just in case there are flight cancellations, early arrivals etc... Not everyone has done this and we do not want someone waiting to be picked up.
Also this is very important for those who have not flown into Cancun recently. You will go all the way through immigration/customs. You will know you are almost done when you have do the red light/green light press the button trick. Once you exit the sliding door it will kick you into the airport terminal. You will encounter time share people asking to help you with your transfers, baggage etc... It's all a trick to give you their pitch. Just tell them you have a ride waiting and head toward the outside pick up area. Once outside you will see a group of men/women holding signs with the transfer companies. Look for the person who is either holding your name and or Ceiba Del Mar. This will be your transfer company and they will have your names, flight #'s etc.. as document proof as being your transfer to the resort.

Now if you did not purchase transfers. We would highly suggest that you by pass all the time share people to start your vacation quickly. Also head outside and negotiate with one of the many taxi/van companies to take you to Ceiba Del Mar. Not really sure what the going rate is but whatever you are comfortable with.
