| She got hers done with David Altamira Currently on her third boob job. First one was using 650 cc saline over filled to about 700cc. However after about 2 years the bags started to stretch and were rippling. Plus one of the pockets got capsulated. The temporary fix for this was to do an in office prodecure where he removed the capsulated scare tissue, and then added more saline. Their size after adding saline was about 850 cc. They were very large, round and hard. Awesome projection. However after about a year one of them started to leak fluid It was about this time she got boob job #2. This time was using 700 cc saline implants over filled to about 720 cc. They were large, but much softer since they were not over filled as much. These lasted about 3 years, and through breast feeding. However the pockets had lost their shape do to breast feeding, and so she finally got her 3rd boob job about 16 months ago. This time she went for 800cc Silicon. Don't let silicon scare you. Today its not a liquid silicon, its more of a gummy that is leak proof. She loves they way they look and feel. They look and feel like real boobs. However the negatives to silicon is there is very little projection, meaning you don't get the high projection fake look ( good or bad depending on your tastes ). The other negative was the largest they make silicon is 800cc. Originally we wanted to go for around 1200 cc, but is only possible with saline, plus the chances were good that saline would eventually leak and the bags would strentch with rippling. Silicon cost about $1000 more, but we feel it was worth it. To put boob jobs into perspective Dolly Parton currently has 1600 cc saline implants, which are smaller than what she used to have. Advice if you are getting implants. If you want implants that look natural, and will last forever ( won't leak, or ripple ), get Silicon. If you like the fake projected look, then get saline Also go bigger, as the chances are after you get them done and the swelling goes down you will wish you had. |
