WallStreet Dynergy- OverWeight?

I own a couple hundred shares of Dynergy. Bought them real low when Enron drug them down and crossed my fingers for the best. Did the same with Enron but thats another story. Anyways the stock is starting to climb again and now I have read that Dynergy is being rated as Overweight. From what I have read that is a a good thing, right?
