| Forgot to mention that. More important than what float you buy, is whether or not you buy an electric or hand pump. Coleman also makes a portable/rechargeable pump for their floats. Buy one. The first year we went to Hippie Hollow we had a hand pump. It took a long time by hand. Hope to see you all there. :D |
| We like using the big 12ft round ones that you can buy at Sam's. It has nice suntan areas for the girls, drink holders everywhere, two net areas to lie in the water and very durable. However a big hassle to inflate and deflate. But we bring one every year to the river for Memorial wknd and you cant get the girls off of it. |
| We've had several of these floats. They've been pretty durable. What we like best is being able to get in and out through the hole in the middle. The one thing to consider is whether you will be carrying the float or if someone will bring it by boat. |
| We've been fortunate enough to attend everyone of these since the first one they had. This party has nearly doubled in size each year. We never miss a BBB event. If you plan on going, our one word of advice would be to make your reservations as soon as possible. Last year two hotels sold out before we made our reservation, so we had friends at three different places. If you see us stop by, say hi, and grab a jello shot. We're usually floating about on a big green float. See you there. |

| DesirousParty will be joining in with Knbnsa and Poller1972 on doing the party barge. It pretty much sold out before we even posted it. However plenty of room to pull your boats and floats up where we will be at and make one huge floating party area. You can bring your water noodles and float in the water all around us as that is what we will be doing. Plus DesirousParty is working on lining up alcohol sponsors for the party barge as well as a few other sponsors as well. You will know where we will be at. Just look for all the DP hotties. Plus either we will have a DJ or a sound system full of hot mixes to rock the party on the water with. |
| We will be there with a few other couples/members of this site as well. It will be our first time but we have heard nothing but good things about it.... We are all still working out our boat/barge plans. We are looking forward to the weekend long party!!! |
