| Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your hard work and planning. This was BY FAR THE BEST NYE PARTY we have ever attended!!!! LOVED the decor! We had so much fun getting to the club early and eating (BTW the food was delicious) and playing in the casino. We only wished the casino had stayed open longer . . . maybe for the next big party? The stage set up was awesome as was the light show! I couldn't help but dance all night in the cage :-) Thank you guys for bringing in world renowned DJ's with a new sound too. | As we have now closed out 2010 and ready for what is in store in 2011 in this brand new decade. It is very fitting to say thank you to everyone who attended and had a part in the Pink Diamond Affair. The idea of a Pink Diamond Affair started out with a simple idea to close out the decade with a fashion statement soiree and evolved into a elaborate affair. We wanted uniquely different to be the statement as we closed out the first decade. The Ritz spent months redoing their entire dance light show on both levels for this party. They then covered every minute detail to make sure everything was great for the NYE party guest. The chefs went out of their way with awesome gourmet meals. The hotel group block was the largest ever with over 115 rooms booked in the group block. We then had some really great sponsors step forward. We want to say thank you to OMG Gel for sponsoring the meet n greet at the hotel. Vixens Visions and Hinz Jewelers sponsored the NYE raffle. Vixens Visions gave away some great door prizes from clothing to electronics. Hinz Jewelers gave away the grand prize which was a gorgeous pink diamond pendant. So thank you to everyone who helped with your ideas, encouragement, support and who made a Pink Diamond Affair a great NYE event. |
| Glad you guys had a great time. We did the raffle in the front room at 1230am. We were going to do it early at 1130pm but there was no way to finish it before the midnight countdown. As we had over 30 door prizes. We let Lizzie Curious do the midnight countdown as it was a unique chance with her awesome English ascent. Ms. C was everywhere so sorry you missed her. The VIP champagne room was bought out by a small group for bottle service. Its a very small area and the rest of the 18,000 sq. ft of the club was available to everyone. We understand your concerns on the music. Our normal format is top 40 dance and old school remixes. However we had gotten alot of requests for something different on NYE. So we booked world renowned Dj's that are all over the beatport charts. In the future we will continue to focus on our normal formats that our party guests are accustomed to. |

| Contacted the hotel and we are now on floors 6,7,8,9. We have extended the group block and can move to floor 5 also. So you can access the hotel number by clicking on the flier and request the Dp NYE group rate. Plus you can just arrive at the hotel and they will give you that rate as a walk up also. The hotel meet n greet mixer starts at 4pm at the hotel bar, Spirits, until 6pm. |

| Lot of questions on the style ofmusic for this years NYE party. People wondering if its going to be allhouse/techno. NYE will be a evolution of music styles. So it will notbe all house music. Dj O will start off the night with a nice jazzylounge mix as people eat dinner. Then he will evolve over the next fewhours to a top 40 mainstream remix style of music. Our main goal is toput the female body on the dance floor. This event is all about classysexiness with a upscale elegant flair. It is all about the ladies andputting their bodies into motion. Dj O is the perfect person to do justthat. At 11pm Dj Seismyc will take the stage. Many of youheard him open of the recent Halloween Erotic Ball. So you know that heplays a very popular mainstream vocal house style of music. He had thedance floors and stages packed by 9pm with beautiful bodies. So expectnothing else or less for NYE. As the night evolves and our party guestsget their drink on. We will introduce more styles of house from vocal,remixed, electro etc.... It will definitely put your body in motion andwill make for a unique energetic night that will be uniquely different.But again our mission statement if you will of DesirousParty. Is to putthe female body in motion as its all about them. So the music will begeared to do just that. |
| Everyone wants to know what party floors we are on at the Marriott. Weare on floors 7,8 and 9. When and as the reservations continue to comeinto the hotel we will move to floor six as well. | We did our first walk thru of the club as our precursor to NYE. Let's just say that attention to detail was already in full swing. Rick the G.M. looked as us and stated. "This NYE party is all about elegance, class and upscale". After hearing that we knew that we were on the same page. The staff were already polishing the brass railings and decor which is everywhere in the club. Light techs were working on all the dance lighting and we were showed the layout for the massive balloon drop. Which covers a 20ft. by 40ft. area of the atrium. So lots of pink balloons cascading down onto the crowd. The club has several chandeliers in the club and all will beilluminated with pink ascent lighting. Which definitely gives the club a very classy look and feel. Next up is bringing in severalof our NYE Dj's as they set up their stage and make sure that the soundis adjusted to put on the perfect show on NYE. So we are making sure that we give you a great NYE event to ring in the new year in style. Adding in the ever present sexxy Dp guest. A pink NYE theme featuring upscale alluring dresses with many changing into lingerie during the evening. Definitely a NYE event that is uniquely different to any in Houston. A event where you set the tone for your NYE night. From mild to wild, from sexxy to classy. This NYE event is all about you Now for a updated on the hotel group block at the Marriott. We have reserved over 90 rooms and we continue to add rooms to the group block as we realize this one will be huge this year with all the amenities and the Dj lineup. The hotel is prepared and have added staffing for our NYE guests. We encourage you to arrive early on NYE and take advantage of the meet n greet at the hotel bar. Its a great way to meet others and get acquainted. Everyone is super friendly which makes the Dp NYE event different. People come to meet others and find a different group of friends. So the meet n greet is the perfect place to start off your NYE night. |
| There are few suites still left in the group block. However once these are reserved there will not be anymore added to the block. We are approaching 90 rooms reserved thus far. Meaning we will be on four party floors with a distinct possibility that we will move to a fifth floor as well. Rsvps have now surpassed 300 people on all the sites. | Just a reminder that all tickets purchased through google pre-pay will be handled as a "will call" at the club. Just bring the ID that matches the purchasee and or your google receipt. Monica will be working the pre pay vip line and we will get you into the club quickly. There will be a separate line for those wishing to pay at the door. We will also have a coat check at the door as well. |
| Hotel was sold out of suites. However we expanded the group block and 12 more suites have been added. These are the last suites in the hotel so grab one before they are sold out. | We now have 73 rooms reserved in the NYE group block. Meaning that we are on three party floors and will be moving to a fourth very soon. We have five floors available to us if necessary and at this rate it will be necessary. We have secured a great group rates with a complimentary breakfast buffet included and the hotel has agreed to not raise rates all the way up to NYE. Be sure to check out the forum topic on the hotel meet n greet. The party atmosphere starts when you check in at the hotel. Two of the fourteen VIP reserved bottle service tables have also been reserved. Leaving twelve more available. |
| Just got off the phone with club management to discuss bottle service. Bottle service will start at $175 with setups for four people. There is no two bottle minimum and the table is yours all night long. As described in the club layout forum. There will only be seven (7) tables in the main room located to the side of the Dj stage. With a perfect view of the dance floor, cages, dance stage as well as the midnight balloon drop. These table will be for vip bottle service. We will also have four tables on the vip 2nd floor surrounding the atrium for a perfect view of all the action upstairs as well as downstairs as well. Plus several tables in the in the front room directly behind the Dj stage with views of the front room stage, main room party action, cages etc.... These tables will be on a first come bottler service request status. You may write info@desirousparty.com to request bottle service. All other tables in the club will be on a first come basis. There is seating for approximately 300 people as we know that not everyone likes to sit but move around the entire venue. There will also be shot girls roaming the club all night with shot specials for $4.75. We have worked very hard this year to bring you a great high energy package at a affordable price. With leaving nothing out of the mix. From the hotel block, limo shuttles, gourmet meals, to the Dj's that we have brought in for NYE, to keeping the club open and turning it into a after hours party. So many people are traveling for this event so why stop the party early. As the party is still ongoing at 2am and with these Dj's they are just getting warmed up. | Been working on the lights at the Ritz for NYE. If you thought the lights for Halloween were good, you will be blown away from the NYE party. | Here is your first update on NYE and the host hotel. Between all the sites we have approximately 93 couples rsvped and there is 31 rooms reserved at the Marriott. This is right on pace with last years NYE party where we did 450 people and over 130 rooms. The word is starting to spread about this years NYE event and we thank you. The sexier the merrier so to continue tell your friends. |

Hinz Jewelers is sponsoring the Pink Diamond Affair and the pendent will be one of the door prizes we will be raffling off at 1130pm that night. This will be in conjunction with the Las Vegas style casino games and you will have the opportunity to turn in your special Dp money for raffle tickets. It is only fitting that we have a piece of jewelry to give away that reflects this years theme. So a big thank you to Hinz Jewelers for making this custom designed piece.
