| Had a few room cancellations so still some Cabana side rooms available. After that we start booking out the tower group block. Room blocks will stay open as we have a open contract. Meaning we will also take walk ups and all rooms will be in the group blocks. |
| Pool view rooms are now sold out. Regular rooms are still available on the cabana and when these fill up we will start booking the tower side of the hotel. All rooms will be placed in party group blocks. |
| Okay we have five king bed rooms and two double bed rooms left that are poolside for Playbor Day weekend. YOU have to write the listed email in the first forum topic to request one. YOU cannot use the reservation link as that will only get you a regular room on either the cabana or tower section of the hotel. So seven rooms left that are pool view with a balcony. Please write the email listed in the top forum topic that started this thread. |
| Please note that if you are requesting a pool view cabana side room that the reservation gets you a pool view room only. Meaning you cannot request a certain floor, room # etc.. It does not matter if you wrote the email booking address on day 1 or the last day before rooms sold out. It also does matter if you arrive at 8am trying to get a room early. Rooms are assigned randomly by the hotel computer a few days before the event. Hotel staff simply checks you in upon your arrival. Moving people around on the day of the events creates a mass maze of confusion where people start getting bumped out of their assigned rooms and it carries on for the entire event. So again your pool view room confirmation gets you such a room only and you will not know what floor, room etc. until you arrive and again it will be assigned by the hotel computer prior to your arrival. Please also note that if you are using the normal booking link for regular rooms. It will not be honored if you are requesting pool view rooms etc.. the hotel will go the extra mile to accomodate bed requests, (kings/doubles etc.) |
| Okay we are doing a special booking process again for pool view rooms on the cabana side. So please read carefully as this is the only way. You must write (Pool View Rooms are now Sold Out) There are only 30 of these rooms. You cannot request which floor as that will be decided by the computer upon checking in on LDW. This only gets you a confirmation # for a pool view room at the rate of $119/night. You must book both nights to get a pool view reservation. Please note in your request double and or king bed. Angela will write you back with any questions and to confirm your reservation. Once these are sold out we will note it on the site here in the forum and also in the party information section as well. Here is the booking link for non pool view rooms on the Cabana. Once these are sold out we will start booking rooms on the tower side of the hotel as well.
