Oct 13, 2025 12:19 PM (1+ Months) Update-10-24-2025- In case of rainy weather during either Friday or Saturday daytime sets.. We will move the outdoor Fuego stage DJs to the Damn Virgins Lounge stage. Weather will not affect the remaining stages.

Party Highlights: Itinerary and DJ Timeline
Thursday- October 23rd- Mixer
- 9 pm- Midnight- 747 Lounge Bar- We have over 75 rooms booked at the hotel on Thursday night. This will not be a lounge or hotel takeover on Thursday night but the lounge crowd should be the majority of our crowd. So a great chance to mix and mingle before the costumes go on.
Friday- October 24th-FreakShow
- 1 pm- 2 am- 747 Lounge opens for dinner, drinks, mingling
- 2 pm-2 am- Event Wristbands May be Picked up in the Lobby
- 2 pm- check in- DoubleTree Hotel/ Sheraton Hotel
- 2:30 pm- 6 pm- Fuego (patio) Stage Opens (weather permitting)
- 3 pm- 7 pm- Massage Therapy by Trish in Grand Foyer
- 5 pm- ?- Rave Kulture (hair braiding)- Vendor- Foyer

- 9 pm-3 am- Freak Show- A uniquely different night. The carnival brings out the side tents of entertainment. A night to express yourself with creativity. Make it sexy, make it scary, make it you. The perfect night to let your inner artist make a statement about Freak Show. Two nights of Halloween fun.
Fuego Stage- in Spanish, Fuego can be used for the meaning of fire. In English, Fuego can be used as a slang term for something excellent or sexy. The perfect stage name. This will be a smaller stage with an intimate lounge feel. The perfect area outside for mixing and mingling. We will let the DJs and the guests set the course each night for the vibe of this stage. (Weather permitting. If not, then we will use the Damn Virgins Stage for daytime sets.)
