Ayura Drip Spa.

It's almost time, or if you are lucky then you start tonight!  I heard there is a pre-party mixer at the host hotel.  All of you are in luck, I have decided to add Normatec to our suite of services for the event!  If you will be on your feet dancing long into the night, then you might consider a quick Normatec session.

Normatec is a dynamic pneumatic compression system that uses air-filled sleeves to massage and stimulate circulation in the limbs, primarily for muscle recovery and rehabilitation. It works by mimicking the body's natural blood flow through a pulsing, sequential compression that rmay reduce soreness, swelling, and inflammation, and enhances the body's ability to clear metabolites. The system can be used for pre-workout warm-ups or post-workout recovery, and dancing recovery.  For the event, I will have the leg sleeves.  

I personally do benefit from them if I am lifting weights regularly and also doing reformer Pilates :)

Hello DP Halloween Party Guests!

I hope everyone is as excited as I am!  Myself and the Ayura Drip Spa staff can't wait to see all of you and your amazing costumes :). We hope to continue to support your energy all weekend long!

As promised, here is the full event menu for the weekend.  We have added IV boosters and IM shots, including......yesssssss we have NAD+!  If you don't have time to get poked with us, no sweat, we also have 4 varieties of sublingual vitamin sprays from NUTRAFi.  They are an easy grab and go option if you don't want to stop in and need something to carry on you during the weekend. You can take your vitamins at your own convenience.
