| In case of inclement weather we will be using the clubs covered entry way. Also club valets will have plenty of umbrellas on hand so the ladies do not get wet. The club also has a new large expansive foyer that will hold many people. So no worries about standing outside. We have it all prepared so time to ring in the new year in grand style. |

| Just a side note in reference to the group hotel blocks at the host hotel. These after parties are for the hotel guests. We will have security roaming the hallways making sure that we are not over populated with party crashers as these people are the ones that can stop us from using these upscale hotels for our events. Our guests are very respectful and follow the hotel rules. However party crashers do not. So be expected to be asked your hotel room number and accompanying name. If you do not belong you will be asked to leave. So if you have a couple staying with you please be sure to add them to your room reservation upon checking in. This will stop any problems as who belongs and who does not. |
| A few updates for NYE. The hotel contacted us and we were getting close to a sell out in our group block. So we added a fifth group floor in the party block. Which is a first for NYE. Making this our largest group block to date. So to answer many questions emailed to us is no the hotel is not sold out. We much rather our guests stay at the hotel on NYE and leave the driving to us. Secondly we are proud to announce that Darryl Briggs Photography from Dallas will be joining us on NYE. He will be doing the glamour photography studio in the front room with RickStar Photography. You can get your pictures taken and take them home on cd. Plus we are happy and very lucky to also have Michael Moon Photography and Dylan Duval Photography with us on NYE. Both gentlemen will be roaming both levels of the club taking action party shots for us. So four renowned photographers ringing in the new year with Dp. |
| Latest update from the hotel is 84 rooms reserved and suites are now sold out. There are approximately 360 people on site rsvp lists for NYE. You may request a early check in and a late check out at the hotel for NYE. Plus everyone reserving a room at the host hotel gets free breakfast the following morning on new years day. There will also be a meet n greet at the hotel bar, Spirit's, from 430pm to 6pm on NYE where you can meet others before the NYE party and your DesirousParty.com hosts will be there to ask questions etc.... So spread the word as this NYE is shaping up to be an unforgettable night and a great way to launch off the new year. |
