We did our walk thru of the Ritz today with management to make sure all amenities, staffing and layout was on schedule. The club recently went through a major renovation of their foyer turning it into a grand entrance with elegant rugs, furniture, mirror ceiling tiles and extensive stone work. The entire club has a beautiful brass and glass decor with state of the art dance lighting that rivals many clubs across the U.S. Management is bringing in extra staffing to clean every brass fixture, railing, shampooing carpets, etc.. in preparation for NYE. They believe in making the first impression a great one. Ladies will have a huge changing room where they can make clothing changes, touch up makeup etc... Their chefs have been with them for over ten years and the NYE dinner buffet and midnight breakfast buffet is worth the price of the NYE ticket alone. So come hungry as its a great lead into the party. 

Overview- 18,000 sq. ft of NYE Festivties. 

Entrance- upon entering the club there will be two lines. One for VIP pre sale tickets and a second line for those wishing to purchase NYE tickets that night. If you purchased reserved bottle service please let the staff know and after purchasing your NYE tickets they will escort you to the bottle service counter. They will set your bottle service tab up and escort you to your table. 

Front Room- this is the first room entered upon leaving the entrance of the club. All tables in this area are not reserved and are available on a first come basis. This is the where the NYE dinner and midnight breakfast will be served. Rickstar photography will have his glamour photography set up on the front room stage in this area. We have also added a bar to serve those in this area as well. 

Main Room- this area is where Dj O will be set up on the main stage. Chandeliers and state of the art dance lighting is on display everywhere. Lazers will cut across the dance floor from fifty feet above. We encourage the ladies to get on stage with Dj O to dance the night away. This area is also the location of six reserved bottle service tables, dance floor, second dance stage, two cages, main bar and where the balloons fall at midnight. This room is a crowd favorite for those looking for a high energy club feeling. 

Sports Lounge- located just off the main room through glass doors. This room is reserved for bottle service tables and couch sections. Numerous t.v.'s are located in this area displaying the action in the main room. The champagne toast will be set up just outside this room next to the stairs leading to the 2nd floor VIP Lounge. This room is great for those who wish to mix n mingle but also be close to the dance floor in the main room. 

VIP Lounge 2nd Floor- this is the location of Dp's parties throughout the year. Our home away from home. Numerous chandeliers, elegant shiny brass railings, and state of the art dance lighting is located everywhere on this floor.  The Living Art dessert bar will be set up on this level. Dj M.E. will be on stage all night on the VIP floor.  A dance floor is located right in front of his stage. Reserved bottle service couch sections are on this floor. Select first come seating is also available on this floor as well. A third bar is also located here with waitresses as well. Huge wall screens will also be on displaying the action in the main room. The NYE midnight balloon drop is located here stretched across the atrium. This floor is a crowd favorite for those looking for a more intimate setting.

Timeline for NYE

NYE Itinerary

  • 3:00pm- Marriott Hotel Check in
  • 4:30pm-6pm- Meet n Greet at Spirit's Bar-located on 1st floor at the Marriott 
  • 7:00pm-Transportation arrives at Marriott
  • 7:00pm-Club opens for NYE- dinner is served until 10:00pm- Please arrive by 9:30p.m. if you desire to eat.
  • 8:00pm-Dj O takes main stage and kicks off NYE w/Dj M.E. taking the stage in the 2nd floor VIP Lounge @ 8pm also        
  • 8:00pm-?  NYE Glamour Studio by RickStar & Darryl B Photography set up in front room
  • 9:00p.m.-10:00p.m. Living Art Dessert Bar w/ La La LaRoux set up in VIP Lounge
  • Midnight- Special Countdown, NYE Balloon drop & Complimentary Champagne Toast
  • 12:30a.m.-Midnight Breakfast Buffet opens
  • 2:00a.m.- Individual hotel group block after parties at Marriott- Must be guest to attend as Security will be checking for room keys

This will be a full club takeover of the Ritz. Meaning that all 18,000 sq. ft of NYE festivities will be for couples and single females only. The only staff provided by the Ritz will be waitresses, bartenders and chefs. The Ritz is prepared to roll out the carpet for our NYE guests to wine and dine you while our Dj's are ready to bring a unique sexy energy to NYE. Many questions on what couples and single females only means. It means simply that unlike other NYE parties the gentlemen do not have to worry about their lady counterparts being harassed with rude behavior while they dance the night away by single males. We encourage our female guests to dance the night away on both stages in the main room. As all stages, cages, dance poles and dance floors on both levels will be for NYE guests only.  Couples also fantasize about the lady wearing that uber sexy oufit to a party and this is the perfect NYE party to do it at. Plus for those ladies wishing to change outfits the club has a huge changing room for the ladies and we encourage it. 
For those not desiring to drive on NYE then let us do the driving for you. Just book a room in the hotel group block at the Marriott and make a night of it. As transportation is provided to and from the party.
